a. Uploaded Builds: Builds and content uploaded to the Service are the intellectual property of RiftGuides UG. You may access and use them according to the terms specified on the Service.

b. Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any builds or content obtained from the Service without express written permission from RiftGuides UG.

4. Patreon Membership

a. Exclusive Content: Certain builds and content on the Service are made exclusively for Patreon members. By becoming a Patreon member, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in your Patreon membership agreement.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
